Your Key Responsibilities

To call on targeted specialists/HCP’s in a specific therapeutic area to promote the use of the company’s products, in line with the strategy

Educate HCP’s on complex & new concepts

Build support & endorsement from HCP’s (Paediatric Endocrinologists, Endocrinologists, Nephrologists, Rheumatologists and select Pharmacies)

This position includes country trips

Key result areas

Measure performance against objectives, manage budgets, monitor sales growth opportunities, adherence to compliance processes at all times

• Implementation of programs and strategies to relevant customer base
• Continuous targeting and updating of customer database
• Awareness of market trends and competitor activity
• Facilitate training to all personnel involved in product administration
• Research, analyse, plan and recommend new business opportunities and sales and marketing strategies/tactics
• Achieve all established sales KPI’s, sales budgets and objectives
• Plan & organize your territory to achieve optimal outcome
• Build and maintain relationships at all relevant HCPs not limited to Paediatric Endocrinologists, Endocrinologists, Nephrologists, Rheumatologists, Pharmacists and Pharmacist Assistants
• Administration responsibilities

• Arrange CME’s, promotional events that may at times be outside of standard working hours

Minimum requirements
• Matric + Tertiary qualification (minimum 3 years, preferably Sciences)
• Pharmaceutical sales experience of 4 years minimum
• Previous experience with Specialists will be advantageous (preferably Paediatric Endocrinologists, Endocrinologists, Nephrologists, Rheumatologists)
• Previous experience in immunology Sales will be advantageousTechnical competencies
