Head of Ethics Risk & Compliance builds, drives and maintains a comprehensive and effective compliance program.

1. Oversee/monitor effectiveness of the Compliance Program, and lead the way to foster a culture of Compliance and ethical business practices in the BU/Function.
2. Build a high-caliber Compliance team and organization that enables program effectiveness.
3. Chair a cross-functional BU/Function Compliance Committee to enable leaders to drive the Compliance Program and effective compliance risk management Identify compliance program metrics and report-on these and other trends.
4. Build upon the BU/Function’s current ‘program maturity level to enhance it, and ensure that the Compliance Program meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements/guidance while minimizing corporate risk {including reputation). – · · – ·
5. Support the BU/Function-owned implementation of Global Compliance Policies and Guidelines and related training needs, and provide guidance on SOPs and processes development, as applicable.
5; With senior management, perpetuate a “tone at the top/middle” to reflect the BU/Function’s
commitment to ethical and legal business conduct, and compliance with the letter and spirit of the law.
7. Develop and maintain external networks via industry organizations and associations participation, identify and educate BU/Function on relevant trends.

• Regular updates to and decisions resolved by the established BU/Function compliance committee
• Compliance standards are established and aligned with local regulations, guidance, relevant industry standards, and relevant company-wide policies
All associates trained on Code of Conduct and other relevant policies
• Comprehensive compliance risk assessment for BU/Function conducted, with mitigation plan including monitoring and timely actions taken
• Ensure and adhere to adequate Compliance structure, resources and budget to address current and planned business activities and related risks
• Ensure strength, effectiveness, and appropriate skills of Compliance team at the BU/Function and local levels
• Relevant input to senior management business strategy and opportunities
• High personal integrity {as measured with all Company values & behaviors)
• Character to appropriately resist pressures and escalate issues to appropriate level as warranted in order to drive relevant local compliance program needs
Education : Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 year university degree required; postgraduate degree plus – · · · · · · · ·

Languages: Fluent English Experience required/preferred:
• 10 years of work in pharmaceutical, device or healthcare industries with relevant exposure to compliance function or related components preferred
• Experience in a highly regulated industry with its dynamics, regulatory framework
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate within and across cross- functional teams and business units, in a matrixed environment
• Crisis management

• Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
• Knowledge of Compliance Program structure and administration; Compliance Certification status
a plus
