Medical Product Management Process orders received on DSV systems (Futurewave)
Handle Customer queries (late deliveries, invoices, backorders)
Review of DSV reports and handle – short-dated stock; stock on hand levels;
Communication/updating customers / reps re back orders
Dealing with Price file discrepancies
Processing manual quotes
Sample request and distribution management and execution
Consignment Stock management
Liner Product Management Process orders received on SAGE (email; Orderwise; Surgicom; ex Layla, DSV back-order report)
Customer liaison and management of queries
Backorder management
Manual proforma invoices
Administrative Duties Booking flights and accom for reps
Handle Group Sales & Marketing Manager monthly expense claims
management of MFP printer usage stats and cartridge replacement
Support Reps duties Printing of forms / brochures

Personality Characteristics
·       Good task orientated administrator
·       Must have some experience in medical product handling; warehousing, prices, invoices, quoting, query            resolution
·       Understanding of the healthcare market, hospitals and their needs essential.
·       Firm & confident
·       Work well within a small team
·       Good telephone manners and ability to communicate on email
·       Competent on computers and MS office
·       Mature person with experience
·       Ability to multi-task & prioritise
·       Thrives on working in an open busy environment.
