An established medical devices company based in Fourways are looking for a Provincial Tender and Exports coordinator.

The role is critical for the optimal administrative co-ordination of Provincial Quoting, Tenders and Export business and general customer services support.

Provincial Quoting & Supply 

  • Preparation and submission of Provincial quotations and relevant supporting documents.
  • Tracking of quotations submitted and subsequent orders.
  • CSD tracking and ensuring we are compliant


  • Sourcing of Tenders that meet the Company product range.
  • Submitting high quality completed bids timeously.
  • Prepare, source and catalogue standard information required for bid/tender submissions.
  • Assist with tender compilation (collation, printing, binding, etc).
  • Ensure that the bid process is followed, and proper up to date templates are used.
  • Document management and support to ensuring that the central tender library is updated and serves the business needs of the company.


  • Intake and processing of customer orders on our company accounting system.
  • Preparation of Quotations.
  • Processing and follow up of supplier orders.
  • Follow up on logistical delivery of orders and transport arrangements
  • Assisting with data needed for the salespersons and management team.
  • Process tender requests (if needed).
  •  Monthly stock checks with salesperson.


Computer Skills

  • Sage (advantage)
  • Microsoft Office 365


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • 5+ administrative experience
  • Must have valid drivers’ license and own reliable transport
  • Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
