The appointee will;
Be responsible for achieving Sales Targets for all Core products for the Company as set out in the yearly budget
The accountabilities of the position are as follows:
-Ensuring SAP, call rate and coverage targets are achieved
– All GTM KPIs for RSM and team to be achieved on a monthly basis and also quarterly and over an annual basis
– Implementation of emotional intelligence for every team member when engaging with customer
– Effective management of the team and territory in order to defend and gain market share and meet sales targets
– Drawing up and successful implementation of a business plan for the different RRA’s
– Developing representatives by drawing up a development plan, as well as in field coaching and mentoring
– Allocation and management of territory management funds and entire allocated budgets in the cost center
– Implementation of marketing strategies as set out by the marketing department.
– All SAPGB activities to be implemented and executed
– Full implementation and buy-in of ICE
– Sales coaching – Implementation of Coaching For Excellence Programme and Customer Engagement Excellence with the representatives
– Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the area
– Identifying potential new opinion leaders
– Identifying new areas and opportunities for sales
– Work with the CRM department to plan target lists, assess sales force effectiveness and analyze script data and market share
– Communicate and work closely with Key Accounts, Market Access, Marketing and Medical departments
– Administration – weekly and monthly reports, quarterly CFE reports
– ICP – Cross functional alignment
– Involvement in brand teams
– Involvement in various Sales and Marketing projects for current and upcoming products
General Requirements:
-Strong business acumen, superb knowledge of business processes and CRM best practice required.
– AAI behaviors (Accountability, Agility and Intrapeneurship)
– Knowledge and experience in SalesForce.com or Veeva is an advantage.
– Extremely proficient with MS Office productivity tools such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Qualifications
-Tertiary education in, preferably, Medical or General Sciences e.g. B.Sc. / Teaching / Clinical
– Technicians / Biokinetics / Nursing (Needs to deal with medical terminology in discussing medical literature) will be considered
