This established company is looking for a vibrant, well presented, enthusiastic professional to maintain, grow and service our existing customer base in productivity software to the pharmaceutical and allied industries.

Job Description:

  • Develop trusting relationships with a portfolio of clients within the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
  • Assist clients with report and data queries
  • Assist clients to maintain online systems
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Training clients on new features and reports
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
  • Investigating and resolving client queries
  • Presenting features and solutions to clients
  • Software Report and operational  training

Experience                    –       Training will be provided

                                                IT/Technology skills will be an advantage

                                                Social media skills will be an advantage

                                                Presentation/Teaching skills

Travel                           –           Willingness to travel

Language                      –           English needs to be outstanding

Skills                             –           Organiser, self-motivated, great communication, people skills, team

                                                player, Presentation skills


Must have 1-2 years sales experience preferably in medical sales/software.
