Senior Supply Chain Manager – Pharmaceuticals

·       Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment

·       Proven ability to work in a complex matrix organization with issue resolution skills

·       12 + years of supply chain experience required(pharmaceutical preferable), ideally with Market experience. Supply Chain Planning and comprehensive Project Management experience is required. Operational experience in a Market and/or Plant environment is key for the success of the incumbent.

·       . Written and presentational skills essential – must be able to make complex issues clear and concise; able to present issues clearly to all levels of management

·       Demonstrated ability to lead for simplicity, pro-active and can manage with high degree of independence and comfortable to operate in matrix

·       Ability to lead for growth, setting clear priority and focus on a complex environment, able to balance risk and take decisions to deliver results

• Experience in distribution, logistics, customer service and business development/operational readiness initiatives is desired, Plant experience beneficial but not
• Previous experience working in a multi-national supply chain environment is important, as well as having worked with cultural differences and country specific
• Demonstrate strong and mature leadership behaviors with and without formal authority, previous people leadership experience desired, ideally with a virtual (multi-location)
• Excellent logical reasoning, analytical skills and IT literacy vital, experience in ERP and SC systems is critical
• Analytical skills are highly important – strong ability to organize and structure data, experienced to advanced Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, responsive to needs from various departments
