As the Social Media Specialist/Designer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments. 

Duties and Responsibilities 
Social Media & Design
Develop, design posts, implement and manage our social media strategy for 4 accounts (managing 19+ company pages on various platforms)
Write long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users. 
Help convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating social media interactions. 
Drive engagement with social media influencers 
Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, Facebook, Bulk emails and Blogs. 
Define most important social media KPIs. 
Use data to analyse what is working, what is not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly. 
Manage social media calendar for all platforms including Email Marketing.
Advertising strategies and budgets 
Paid social media. 
Manage messages, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. 
Planning, developing, and executing digital marketing programmes and campaigns with 
Product Development and
Portfolio teams 
Wear many hats as you work with multiple teams and products. 
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. 
Internal social media employee training and assistance 
Increase “likes”/” followers” / “Subscribers”. 
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports 
Measure the success of social media campaigns through insights. 
Communicating with relevant team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results 
​Website Assistance (experience would be advantageous)
Manage website user registrations.
Manage website blogs.
Any other additional website assistance required – training will be provided if required.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, YouTube and other social media best practices 
Good understanding of social media KPIs and social media metrics  
Excellent multitasking skills 
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 
Team player 
Good time-management skills 
Design skills 
Great interpersonal and communication skills 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
Knowledge of Photoshop OR CorelDraw 
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) 
Experience in managing multiple social media accounts. 
Familiarity with web design and publishing would be to your advantage. 
Minimum of two years managing Social media marketing. 
To be successful in this position, you need to be highly motivated, creative, have a minimum of 2 years of formal experience and possess solid knowledge of marketing competencies.
