A new opportunity has opened for an Account Manager to take a full sales responsibility for our Medical Portfolio in Pretoria.

The candidate would need an anatomy and physiology background, and Surgical Sales experience or surgical in- theatre procedural/product support experience is essential. Ideally experience in any of these fields would be advantageous – Urology, Laser, Pelvic Health, Wound Care

Good Product Knowledge of own disciplines with a good understanding of other medical disciplines would be an added advantage.

The candidate will be required to fulfil the following duties:
– Generate sales among client accounts, including cross-selling
– Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
– Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
– Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
– Communicate client needs
– Forecast and track client and regions budget
– Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
– Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
– Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
– Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients
– Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadline
